Codedge Academy is an edtech initiative by XSAV LABS Pvt. Ltd., offering industry-aligned programs in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Web Development, Android Development, and more. Our mission is to empower learners with practical, real-world skills backed by mentorship and career support.

2. Services We Provide

When you register for our programs, you gain access to:

• Live instructor-led classes
• Learning Management System (LMS) with recorded content
• Assignments, quizzes, and hands-on projects
• 1:1 doubt-clearing sessions and mentorship
• Placement assistance and job portal access
• Internship opportunities (depending on the course)
• Program completion certificate and capstone projects

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

4. Content Access

• Course Access: Enrolled learners will have access to course content for the duration defined at the time of purchase.
• Recorded Sessions: You may continue to access recordings during and after the program for a limited time, as per your plan.
• Project Work: All projects and assignments completed during the course may be used for your portfolio.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, code, and content are the intellectual property of Codedge Academy or its partners. You may not:

• Share, reproduce, or resell our materials
• Distribute any part of the Platform without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior consent

6. Payments, Refunds, and EMI

• Payment is required to enroll in most of our programs.
• EMI and financing options are available through third-party partners.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once enrolled, you are responsible for all fees due.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Plagiarize assignments or engage in cheating
• Misuse the Platform, spam other learners, or spread false information
• Abuse or harass instructors, mentors, or fellow learners
• Attempt to hack, disable, or overload our systems

8. Placement Support

Codedge Academy offers placement support through:

• Resume building and interview prep
• Practice interviews with real industry mentors
• Job opportunities via our hiring partners and alumni network

9. Program Updates

We may update the curriculum, tools, technologies, or schedules based on market demands. Learners will be informed via email or the LMS in case of significant changes.

10. Termination

Codedge Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in unethical conduct
• Disrupt the learning environment for others

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance. The date of the latest revision will always be listed at the bottom of this page.
