Responsibilities
- Run weekly 1:1 and small-group mentoring sessions for an active learner cohort
- Review projects and assignments with specific, actionable feedback
- Flag learners who are falling behind and work with success managers on a plan
- Contribute improvements back into the curriculum based on what you see in sessions
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on data science or ML work
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-experts
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or team-lead experience is a strong plus
Own outbound outreach and help new learners find the right program.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify prospective learners and partner organizations
- Run outreach across email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified conversations
- Work with the marketing team to sharpen messaging based on what you're hearing
- Track pipeline and report on conversion in our CRM
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or B2C outreach
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic pipeline reporting
- Self-motivated — this role sets its own weekly pace
Build the hands-on projects and assessments learners actually work through.
Responsibilities
- Design project-based curriculum modules alongside subject-matter mentors
- Build and maintain auto-graded coding assessments and starter repos
- Keep course content current as tools and best practices shift
- Partner with design on how content is structured and presented
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally Python or JavaScript
- Experience writing technical documentation or educational content
- Interest in pedagogy — you care how something is taught, not just what
Be the person learners message when they're stuck, discouraged, or celebrating a win.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end learner experience for an assigned cohort
- Proactively check in on progress, attendance, and engagement
- Coordinate between learners, mentors, and placement teams
- Surface patterns in learner drop-off back to the broader team
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in a customer success, student success, or account management role
- High empathy paired with genuine follow-through
- Organized enough to manage 50+ active relationships at once
Build the product learners spend hours a day inside.
Responsibilities
- Ship features across the learner dashboard, course player, and marketing site
- Work directly with design to turn Figma files into production UI
- Write maintainable, tested React and TypeScript
- Weigh in on architecture decisions as the codebase grows
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
- A portfolio or GitHub that shows real shipped work
- Comfortable owning a feature from spec to production
Shape how Codedge looks across the site, ads, and social.
Responsibilities
- Design landing pages, ad creative, and social assets that hold a consistent identity
- Maintain and extend the design system alongside engineering
- Run quick A/B tests on creative and report back on what's working
- Partner with marketing on campaign concepts, not just execution
What we're looking for
- A portfolio showing both brand and performance/growth design
- Fluency in Figma and a modern handoff workflow
- Bonus: basic motion or video editing skills
